We
want to make visiting Berean Baptist Church an enjoyable
and "repeatable" experience. We'd like you
to know what to expect, so here's a brief rundown:
When
you arrive at Berean [on 12th Street] you will see
a main entrance with a portico. You may use the visitor
parking spaces right out front. If you prefer, you
may drive around back and enter on the east side of
the building.
At
each door there should be some greeters or people
with name badges on to say hello to
you. They will be happy to answer any questions you
have, and direct you to the worship center. If you
have kids, they will point you to the children's classes.
If your kids are shy, they're welcome to attend the
adult service with you, but we have found with most
kids that they really enjoy the childrens' programs.
We have nursery facilities during all of our regular
services. There are Sunday School classes for every
age group and Children's Church for kids through the
4th grade.
We
invite you to worship with us. After some congregational
singing and often special music, Pastor will bring
a message from the Bible. Sometimes we study together
through a whole book of the Bible [a small section
each week]. Other times we will study a topic together
from the Bible. Application of what we learn is an
important part of life at Berean.
After
the service, you'll pick up your kids from their classrooms.
We encourage you to stay around a bit and give our
folks an opportunity to meet you.
We
look forward to meeting you. Thanks for visiting our
website.
