Steve Nichols is Associate Pastor of Music and Worship at Berean, serving since January 2006. He and his wife, Becky have been married over thirty-five years. Pastor Jim Galvin
Jim Galvin is the associate pastor of Christian Education and Outreach at Berean. He joined the pastoral team in the fall of 2015. He attended Cedarville University (BA) and Baptist Bible Seminary (M Min). He provides oversight to Berean’s adult Sunday School and children’s ministries. Ryan Bump is the Associate Pastor of Student Ministries. His family joined Berean in January of 2019. His primary responsibilities (passions) are to the teens and college students of Berean. Lynn Ford has served as Office Manager at Berean since September of 2012. Her primary role is to oversee the day to day functions of the church office. This involves the production of weekly church documents, assisting the pastors with their duties, and communication with the church family. Joe Austin
Joe Austin has been the Facilities Manager at Berean since October of 2019. Previously he worked at Duncan Aviation in Battle Creek, MI for more than 34 years and in the field of aviation for 40 years.
