Steve Nichols is Associate Pastor of Music and Worship at Berean, serving since January 2006. He and his wife, Becky have been married over thirty-five years. Pastor Jim Galvin
Jim Galvin is the associate pastor of Christian Education and Outreach at Berean. He joined the pastoral team in the fall of 2015. He attended Cedarville University (BA) and Baptist Bible Seminary (M Min). He provides oversight to Berean’s adult Sunday School and children’s ministries. Jeremiah Bockman serves as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Family at Berean, having joined the pastoral team in the fall of 2025. His ministry centers on supporting the leaders, students, and families involved in Berean’s Junior and Senior High Youth Groups. Joni McGinnis
Joni McGinnis has served as Office Manager at Berean since January 2025. In this vital role, she oversees the daily operations of the church office, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Joni and her husband, Jon, are proud parents of four adult children—Katie (married to Austin), Meghan (married to Zach), Lyndie, and J.D.—and doting grandparents to Josie, Addie, Cal, and Ellie. Outside the office, Joni enjoys sewing, spending time outdoors, keeping things tidy, and caring for her animals.
Joe Austin
Joe Austin has been the Facilities Manager at Berean since October of 2019. Previously he worked at Duncan Aviation in Battle Creek, MI for more than 34 years and in the field of aviation for 40 years.
